Chardonnay when ‘Wooded” or oak-aged, it is creamy and buttery. Unoaked wines are lighter and zesty with apple and citrus flavours.  We have Chardonnays from the Hunter Valley, Central Ranges, Yarra Valley, Margaret River, Great Southern and Hawke’s Bay from New Zealand.
