Fruit for the E&E Black Pepper Shiraz comes from carefully selected parcels of fruit grown in the Barossa Valley. Fruit is chosen for its exceptional quality and concentration of flavour. Aged for two years in barrel and a further two years in bottle before release, E&E is a wine of exceptional concentration, restrained power and a silky but penetrating finish.
Deep, dark red in colour with a purple hue, this wine shows a lift of cherry blossom, dark chocolate, spice, coffee and ripe black berries, along with a complimentary oak on the bouquet. The palate is rich and ripe, full bodied, with a round mouth feel and very long finish. Wonderful integration and elegant structure ensure a wine of enduring quality and style.
