2017 1903 Grenache Shiraz Mataro Old Vines GSM of Domenico Martino Its an old single vineyard that I have been caring for the past 10 years which is owned by Italian migrant Domenico Martino from Campania since 1966 and prior to him planted in 1903 by one of the early Barossa Valley settlers Bill Hoffmann.

Wine Making - Hand picked and co fermented with 25% whole bunch, fermented naturally, basket pressed to barrel and bottled unfiltered. Expect Plum, black fruits and herb aromas with delicious plump and round palate showing good plummy, earthern and spicy fruit sweetness with good fine tannin structure.
