Pre-fermentation maceration (1 to 9 days). Temperature controlled fermentation (26 °C). 21 to 24 day vatting with “délestages”. Temperature and oxygene controlled ageing in vats with high origin french oak .

TASTING
This wine stands out for its ripe aromatic intensity and its complex fruit style. Dark and deep red colour. Red fruits (blackcurrant, crushed strawberry) and black fruits (blackcherry, blackberry) brim over a spicy, liquorice and vanilla/mineral background. Full-bodied, the palate has the flesh of ripe fruit and velvety, coated tannins. We find back appealing fruit and ripeness on the long finish.
