Shiraz wines from this region are typically characterised by lifted aromas of lavender and spice.The palate is full of red fruits, leather, cedar and fine, talc like tannins.

To ensure the unique character of this sub region is exemplified in the wine, small open fermenters and our basket press were employed to gently extract the wine.

Aging in the finest quality oak and selection of the truest barrels has created a wine that respects and expresses its place of origin.

From the northern district of Ebenezer, home to some of the greatest vineyards in Australia known for their great ageability and soft tannins.
