SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve this wine in a flute glass at a temperature of between 6-8°C to bring out its perfumes and flavours. Make sure the baffle doesn't suffer from excessive temperature changes. It is best not to store this product in a fridge for lengthy periods

It is excellent as an aperitif, goes well with starters and particularly with delicately flavoured dishes, most of all fish based ones
