The 2015 Eden Hall Shiraz comes from selected rows in Block 4 and spent 18 months in French Oak followed by more than a year in bottle prior to release. It is bright crimson/purple in colour, the nose is dominated by spice and sweet dark fruit with tar lurking in the background. Chewy plum and black fruits are followed by savoury tannins providing a broad palate of great length. Enjoy now and beyond 2033.
