Hand picked - Single Vineyard

Each year we select fruit grown on our estate vineyard which we hand pick, the ferment separately, aging for 14 months in new and seasoned French and American Oak. 

Continually assessed and graded, theses barrels then go on parade for classification and only the best barrels from the line up get the White Chalk Tick.

This Shiraz has a lovely perfumed lift and displays rich, ripe dark berry forest fruits on the palate.

Beautifully balanced this wine will age gracefully for 5-15 years.
